近日，由国际知名学术出版机构Routledge（劳特里奇出版社）出版的国际智库报告《中国与海合会国家伙伴关系：迈向经济与能源转型》 (China and Gulf Cooperation Council Countries: Partnerships Towards Economic and Energy Transition) 正式面世。该报告第十五章《中国与海合会国家关键矿产合作的潜力》 (Potential for China-GCC Collaboration on Critical Minerals) 由战略院常务副院长葛建平与沙特阿拉伯国王阿卜杜拉石油研究中心 (KAPSARC) 研究人员联合完成。
本书深入探讨了在全球能源系统深刻转型及国际贸易投资架构持续演变的背景下，中国与海湾阿拉伯国家合作委员会（GCC）国家之间不断发展的双边关系，核心研究议题是双方如何利用资源禀赋实现经济结构转型，并加大对清洁技术、低碳基础设施和韧性供应链的投资，涵盖传统能源（如碳氢化合物及相关石化产业）、低碳能源（如氢能、核能等）以及转型关键要素（包括气候政策框架、可持续融资、关键矿产等）三大主题。
